Maulana RifQie Rizaldy, S.Psi.

      Maulana RifQie Rizaldy, S.Psi., lahir di Balikpapan, 31 Agustus 1982, meraih gelar Sarjana Psikologi Industri (S1) dari Universitas Yayasan Administrasi Indonesia (YAI) Jakarta. Mengawali karir bekerja di Konsultan Psikologi “Psiko  Kartika  Buana” Jakarta (2005), kemudian bekerja di Assesment Center Bank Mandiri (2006-2008), PT Tekniskill Mining Consultant, Puri Group Hospitality, dan sejak 2009-kini bekerja di Human Resources Department (HRD)

PT Kideco Jaya Agung, Batu Kajang Mine Site, Kecamatan Batu Sopang, Kabupaten Paser, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

Beberapa program training atau workshop yang pernah diikuti, antara lain: Interviewing Skill Test (2005), Hipno-therapy (2005), Human Resources Development (2005), Analyze Characteristic Test (2005), Industrial Relations Workshop (2009), ISO-9001 and ISO-14000 PT Kideco Jaya Agung (2009), Auditor Training (2009), Basic Management (2009), Job Delegation (2009), Expatriate Management (2010), Work Safety and Health (2010), Certified Industrial Relations Professional - CIRP (2011), Human Resources Management Program (2012), dan Selection & Recruitment (2013).
